Sending emails

I have noticed lately that my emails are not being sent straight away but are landing in my outbox.

I currently have 8 emails in my Outbox, including the test email that I sent to myself.

can you please explain why this is happening. Have you got troubles with the servers, etc.

It would appear that, since last Sunday evening, the ONLY response made by an O.C.E. or Community Star are the two responses made by StephenF to enquiries (originally made last Wednesday) by ‘danwng’ and by ‘lorrainestanton’, both advising the person posting that ‘I've sent you a private message…’

According to my ‘service status’, all appears well with TalkTalk, yet there have been no other responses made by TalkTalk staff or their ‘Stars’ for the past two days.

There have been many unanswered questions submitted by your customers – people whose monthly direct debits go towards the salary of O.C.E.s

May we please have an explanation as to your lack of communication?

I trust that Gondola is well.

Incredibly after being down a few days ago and "fixed", Tiscali emails are asking for your password again. Help please Admins......not back to the bad old days again please.

Same old thing every year. I can post to username@screaming.net but the ability to post to alias@username.screaming.net is broken again.

Reset password emails for community login not sent

Trying to sign on to Community after a long pause my old password was rejected so I used the Reset password function but I do not receive any email to reset the password. I have tried a few different email addresses but nothing arrives. I have had to register with a different logon name.

 

Any suggestions?

Windows Live Mail Email client problem

My Windows 10 upgraded to 2004 and reinstalled Live Email email client. Since then I get this error message and I’m unable to send/receive emails.

 

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the pop.tiscali.co.uk account. An unknown error has occurred.

My email account has been hacked. When I try to reset the password the options are: (1) send new link to email account (which I cannot access) (2) send new link to mobile - last 3 digits are not for my mobile (3) send new link to ‘recovery email’ - last 3 digits are not for my email

so I cannot reset the password nor can I access the account - any ideas??

My emails are disappearing from my inbox. They are there for about 20-30 minutes and then disappear. They are not in deleted folder. 

 

I think I qualify as vulnerable so if anyone for tech support is able to help that would be much appreciated. Thank you

I use Outlook to manage my Talktalk e-mail account, as of 28th May this has ceased working, I receive an error message when opening outlook as follows; 
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for tom.durcan@talktalk.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for tom.durcan@talktalk.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Any advise available please?

managing mail account

hello after nine months of trying and 6 months of involvement by talktalk and the community I still can't delete e-mail accounts or change their passwords in MY ACCOUNT , has there been any progress on this or is it still as one OCE put it " apparently there is no fix at this time", I see some other problem was resolved on may 15 , if I try and delete an e-mail account  it waits a few minutes then says "Sorry, we can not delete this mailbox at the moment. Please retry or come back later". the same message I have had for 9 months  any help or info would be appreciated, watching the parliamentary committee meeting yesterday  dido harding was every bit as useless in her new role as she was running talktalk  the new boss doesn't seem any better here, one paper headline ran ""TalkTalk boss Dido Harding's utter ignorance is a lesson to us all" has anything changed?

mails from my work have suddenly stopped arriving in my inbox. it appears to affect all adresses on the domain

all other mails appear to be arriving as normal

they are showing as delivered by the work system

i have no message filters set and i do not appear to have them blocked on any list i can find.

 

any ideas ?

 

(it is a tiscali.co.uk adress)

Android Outlook Mobile suddenly on 2 phones asks for password. OK on PC

Very similar to Issue on   ?13-08-2018 09:03 PM   Ref 2239077    "Outlook Android Tiscali email suddenly asking for password, unable to connect. OK on PC outlook."
My Desktop PC is using Outlook 2019 My Tiscali account  is using IMAP.

On My Phone Mobile Outlook It keeps asking for all details.

I have tried deleting and re adding the Tiscali account as IMAP using "Non-Advanced"  where it finds the In & out details itself, this worked originally. Still just re-asks password.   Other Hotmail & gmail accounts work in Outlook Mobile.
