Hi. Many of my outgoing emails fail to reach the recipient due to the error "Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [***] (554 - 554 5.2.0 fIPyj12FaJG17 Sender Denied (TT608)
I have looked at other threads on this and followed their advice - changed password, looked for suspicious re-directs, sent items etc. All good.
A friend who specialises in email etc for small businesses reckons this is out of my control and a problem with the IP address of TT's mail server being blocked. He's recommending I move to a different provider, but I am reluctant to do this as I have been with TT and prior to that Tiscali for over a decade.
I wonder if anyone has any thoughts?
