I have four Tiscali email accounts. Three of them appear in 'My Account'. I wish to change the password for the email address that doesn't appear.
I spent two hours on the phone last night talking with five customer service people who kept asking me the same questions and passing me on. I finally hung up in frustration and disgust!
Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to sort it.

Yesterday I was unable to log into our @tinyworld.co.uk address. We receive a message to say it is the incorrect password. The same thing is happening today. Can someone please help?
I can't access my tiscali email account, it's telling me the account is invalid but I know it is valid, please help.
I have been unable to access my Tiscali account since the last sync update last Friday. It keeps asking for my password which is says is invalid when I type it in again. I am not a TalkTalk customer at the moment but have held the email account for over 20 years without problems until now. I have given the information about the account in my profile 'private notes'. Could you please help me re-activate the account ASAP.
Trying to set up a TalkTalk.net email account on an iPad. I've done this a thousand times for friends with many many different email accounts.
No matter what settings I've tried - as soon as the iPad is NOT connected to a TalkTalk network no emails can be sent. It comes up with "Username or Password is incorrect" or SMTP error
Why is it so hard to do a simple thing with TalkTalk.
Does the account have to be POP or does IMAP actually work??
Can someone who actually uses a TalkTalk.net email account on an iPad (and has it working on ANY ISP not just TalkTalk) let me in on the secret - please!
I have a Tiscali email account (originally UKGateway, so pretty old) which I have not used for some months, on an old PC. I know my email address, but cannot remember the password, and have no idea how to reset it, or whether I can pick up my Tiscali emails via webmail.

4 out of 5 of my Tiscali/Lineone email accounts have stopped working recently, stating "an incorrect password was entered" - but I have used these accounts with the same details for years!
I was hoping this was a temporary server error and it would correct itself within a day or two, but this is not the case - the same message has appeared for 7 days now.
Like the other poster here, I receive information regularly through these accounts which will be difficult to trace, update and correct now. Any suggestions?
I'm running Win 7 64 bit, and now Firefox Quantum 64 bit, following Mozilla's decision to end support for the 32 bit version. I've recently been having problems with webmail (tiscali email addresses). It appears that your webmail service requires Java RTE to run properly. This is a problem, as Firefox 64 does not support Java. Any solutions planned, please?

my tiscali email address and password is blocked all of a sudden saying “email address or password is in correct” I have used the same preset details for years without a problem.
I don’t have tiscali account or the phone number used as my default password reset. What does anyone suggest I do to combat the problem?? How can I reset my password without the two - account or phone number

I still have access to my old Pipex email but it has been compromised somehow and require a more robust password set.
I love my old pipex email address, used for years and is still on my bussiness cards - I know, I need to update.
Aaaaanyway, I have left all the details in my private notes on my account with contacts details, time of day to contact etc.

All worked fine until a couple of days ago now my lineone.net account i upgraded from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone 8 now I get this message
"the mail server "pop3.lineone.net" is not responding. Verify that you entered the correct account info in mail settings"

Is anyone else having problems accessing their Tiscali email? Wherever I try and access it from - iPhone, iPad or via a browser it's saying the password is wrong.
I know for a fact it isn't because it was working perfectly yesterday - 7 March. And I know I haven't changed anything, either.
It's hugely frustrating. Especially coming hot on the heels of a four day outage...
Apologies for piggy-backing on this thread but I have a similar problem in that I have been informed that my lineone e-mail address and password is being sold on the black market. I therefore need to change my password. As i dont have a home talktalk account (i do have a business one), i cant change my password. Could someone point me in the right direction to enable me to change the password please. Many thanks

At 10.45 I was unable to access my onetel emails.
My mobile told me Sign in failed and tells me the server password has changed and to enter the new password below.
My notebook tells me sign in failed

applicationis accessing it. The server responded ERR (IN USE) INTERNAL LOGIN FAILURE refer to server log for more information. Similar message to outgoing box as well.

I like to have my outgoing emails customised using my own choice of font style, size and colour. Try as I might I cannot seem to find if there is any way of doing this on TalkTalk Webmail and it's seriously tedious having to do it for each message.
Anyone got any advice about it?
I also notice that even this forum doesn't permit it!
Friends, I have three email accounts which I use daily. One is, of course, talktalk.net. And it's worked very efficiently for about 9 months.
However, since February 15, I keep getting these pop-ups asking me to verify my email and password. I click on them but it doesn't matter, a few minutes later another one pops up. I've been doing battle with the technical department who swear they've sorted it out but no, I still keep getting the pop-ups!
One so-called tech advisor even told me I should switch on my spam blocker and no matter what I said, he couldn't take it in that these were NOT those kinds of pop-ups!
I actually had a similar thing happen before, about 3 years ago bit can't remember how it was resolved.
I have reset my settings again and again - carefully checking each item and word I've entered to no avail.
If anyone can help, I'd be most obliged!
