Unable to reset email password
Hi
I am formaly a TalkTalk customer and need help in reseting/retreving an email address password. When we were talktalk customers, I was the account holder with the primary email address. My wifes email address was a secondary address. Having reloaded windows onto her PC, we lost the password to her account. There are some emails we need to collect from it. Is there a contact number/support/email address that anyone knows where we might be able to rest this? If i phone the 0345 number, it asks for my landline number and as Im not a direct customer I cant do this.
Can someone help?

Sending emails: Outlook 2007 / Windows 10.
Hi, I have read the other posts, but find it too confusing. Up until last week I had no issues. I am on Windows 10, have emails set up on Outlook 7 on my laptop. Still receiving via Pop3 and sending via smtp. So, a week into my holiday and suddenly it still receives but decides not to send. Spent 4hrs online to two different webchat people, both did so many setting changes which made it worse as it would then not receive either, so much so that my online webmail would not send either! So, I reset back to my original settings so I can at least still receive emails. It has been escalated to the back office faults team, they said they had changed some settings and that it should now all be working. Not! It wouldn't even send on webmail. PLEASE help me :-) thanks.

tiscali password
Hi. Can someone help me with resetting my @tiscali password please.
I cannot access talktalk my account.
I can send but not recieve emails on my tiscali email address, (is it a password issue if i can send emails?).
I have been asked to phone technical department 3 times, (no help, they are going to look into it again, o no progress there).

Tiscali.co.uk email problem
Hi,
an an email account associated with my talktalk account has not worked since Wednesday on my wife's iPhone (which was previously working without issue). No settings have been changed. An incorrect password error is shown when trying to check emails with the client.
i checked the email account through the talktalk.co.uk webmail interface and I can log into the account however the inbox is empty! There are emails in the sent items folder.
whats the best way I can get an OCE to look into this for me? (Cause we all know they are far more effective and efficient than telephone support!)

Lineone email inaccessible
Hi,
Sinilar to a lot of people, my Lineone email stopped working a few days ago. The webmail site won't let me login or reset my password.
As suggested on other threads I've added my details in my personal notes, hoping that I've used the correct mail address as this is a legacy account!

Hi...I too am having problems signing into my Lineone email, receiving or sending...just wont allow password...as i have had this email address for 20 years + i need it working as lots of people and businesses contact me through this email.... I have also had to get a new email address just so i can post a thread, as i wasnt getting the verifycation email for my Tiscali email address....what is going on with TalkTalk right now and emails...and then they wonder why i left when you have these problems.....

Huawei 633 and 635 Router vpn issues
The hg 633 and 635 router will not work with AirVpn , download speed drops dramaticaly from 20mbs to low 3mbs as soon as vpn is connected .some times loses internet all together .
I get conflicting info from the tech team , one will say there are no issues with using vpn and then another says there is no support for vpn ...any suggestions please and would Ferguson stop playing about with my posting , thank you.

Back to the bad old days?
Email ahs been working ok for quite some time until an hour or so ago, now clients get server timouts and failed connections whilst webmail gets the old "Could not connect to the specified mail server. Please check your account settings." message. Any ideas what has caused this step back in time?

Not receiving some emails now?
Hi there,
For some reason, I am now not receiving some emails from (at least) two forum lists I subscribe to. One of these was working fine 2 days ago, then suddenly stopped (the bouncing emails have now locked me out of this forum).
I am now now becoming concerned about how many other emails I may be missing?? I have no way to confirm this other than a nagging feeling that all (yet again) is not well in tiscali world.
Can anyone advise?
