I am getting phone calls from some of my correspondents asking if I've got their e-mails?
Others are getting their messages to me without difficulty.
Example: One correspondent can't reach me using a gmail address, but another one can.
I am using Windows Live Mail 2012 as my client. My e-mail address is a TalkTalk Business one, ending 'f2s.com'.
I seem to be able to send out e-mails to everybody without problems.
I check my spam regularly - nothing important there.
None of the missing e-mail addresses is on my 'blocked senders' list
I get the same few messages (i.e. none of the missing ones) if I use TalkTalk Business webmail to look for them, so I'm guessing it's not my client that's at fault...?
I get the impression this problem is getting worse, but I can't be sure.
I wonder if this merits a fault ticket. Help please, it's becoming a real problem!
