So I had an account with Tiscali many years ago and then switched to BT - I was so used to using the .tiscali.co.uk email I carried on for what must be nigh on 8 years now.
All of my financial information from various companies comes through that account and I have personal & business information stored.
I have spoken both to the CHAT and Technical Support team and all I keep getting is that I am not a customer so have no right to expect free email and refuse to do anything.
OK I get that but to turn it off with no warning and deny me the chance too recover (and delete) my personal information before doing so seems pretty unlawful to me.
So any ideas how to get through to TalkTalk and have it re-instated for a few days t o do just that. I can then redirect all my business elsewhere.
I'm sure there must be something - considering approaching OFTEL for their take on thiks
