Many thanks for helping with my Lineone email problem - TT gave me a new password and it seems to be working fine.
However I cannot register this address in 'My Account' as I wanted to change the password and hopefully set up new recovery details, just in case. The message that I get when trying the 'Manage existing address' option is - 'Cannot be added to this account because the email address or password was incorrect'. I know that I have typed them in correctly.
Can you help?
