I have had no access to my primary email address for 2 weeks now.
I tried using the online chat service to resolve the problem as your website email reset password service is not functioning but after being told my case had been escalated and given a reference number, no one has contacted me in over a week and i have no idea what the situation is. On top of that i have been recieving scam phone calls from fake talktalk call centers pretending to be technical support, phising emails sent to people on my contact list from the email address I can't access, oh and for all I know, I am receiving important emails about job opportunities, my family or other little things.
Somebody help me please.
