I have had a LineOne email account for 20 years or so. It hasn't been associated to any other service for at least 10 years, but I do still use the email account. For about a week it has been reporting the ID/password as invalid. I can't log into My Account, because I don't think I have an account as such, so I can't reset the password or view mails on line. I sent a test message to the account, and it has not been returned, so I assume the account still exists.
Can you advise how I can do whatever is needed to reset this account? The address is julian.platts@lineone.net.
