How can I stop the stupid question asking for another e.mail address or phone number ? I told them.

Someone out there must get the same thing, every time I log on to my webmail I get this question asking me for another e.mail address and/or phone number. I have given them BUT STILL get the question. how do I stop this as it is getting really annoying.
