Hi, I have been unable to access my e mail account for over two weeks after getting a message that says my password is incorrect. I am unable to reset it as my alternate e mail address is no longer available to me, I have tried resetting in "My account" (which i can log into) but again it sends a message to my alternate e mail address.
I tried using the on line support but was advised to contact the customer service helpline by phone and after doing this i was informed that there was a problem dating back to 27th January, I was told that i would need to continue trying to access my accountt and was told there was no other assistance available and my only option was to continue trying to access my e mails until i got into them - this despite the face that there does not seem to be any evidence that the password problem relates to the ongoing difficulties with TalkTalk.
In the past i have been able to e mail Talk Talk directly but this no longer seems possible. Can anyone offer any ideas about how i can move this issue on ?, it is very difficult for me as this is my primary address for both work and personal messages.
