Given the large number of email service issues mentioned on this forum, I'm surprised that there are no "current issues" posted.
In my case, I've been unable to log in to webmail for about two weeks II have Tiscali addresses. At the same time, I have been able to download email via a client for one of my addresses. I complained to TalkTalk at a high level about the webmail issue, and now - later the same day - I'm unable to log in to the server via my client application.
What on earth is going on at TalkTalk? And why will no-one keep us up to date with the problems? It really doesn't look like anything's been learnt from the issues before Christmas.
