Can't access Lineone emails.
Hi all. I cannot access my lineone e-mail. I know my password but it does not work. I have been having to reset it quite often, but now it states that there is no reset details for me? I have not got a talktalk account.

Onetel & Lineone Passwords
Both my Onetel & Lineone e-mail accounts have been hacked and I need the passwords changed as soon as possible.
I've had these accounts for 20 years or more. Looking at the webmail pages there is no way to reset the password.

Unable to send mail from onetel mailzone website
I am unable to send a message from my onetel account using the mailzone website. The website is not putting my email address as sender correctly. The error messaage is:
There was an error sending your message. Address is missing domain.
If I save the message in Drafts and then look at it the entry in the From: box is onetel.com@missing_domain, so the problem appears to be with the sender address not the recipient address which is shown correctly.
I first noticed this on Saturday 21st July 2018 while travelling in France. I don't usually need to use the website to send mail, so I have no idea how long it might have been going on.
Grateful for any advice.

Cannot get into her account, error message, ‘ Talktalk does not recognise the email address’ it’s the same as we always use and the same as he the billing address.

Setting up email on mobile with legacy gotadsl.co.uk account
I am trying to set up email on my updated mobile. My account is a legacy product from Nildram days and the email address is 'name'@gotadsl.co.uk. I have the email and password but need detailed advanced settings to connect. I am already using the account on a desktop using Microsoft Outlook, but want to pick up while away from the desktop. Any thoughts most welcome - I tried online chat but they have a computer issue and have asked me to call back in two or three hours!

I need to change password on Lineone email account
I think account has been used by unauthorised person (ie hacked). I don't have access to 'My Account' and don't have any Reset Details set up. I know my current email account password, just need to change it to a new one - but can't find a way of doing so.

Unable to download email
Since about three weeks I have been unable to download email, I can send email without any problem. I am using outlook express with pop settings I have used for years .I have tried the new pop settings that are shown in some of the posts but still no download. When I use webmail sending and recieving email on both my email addresses works fine,as I left talktalk over a year ago has that got anything to do with it.

My lineone.net email address has a data breach
Hi there, I'm a long term talktalk/tiscali/lineone account holder and the password for my email address has been accessed as it appeared in a nasty phishing email in my talktalk webmail account which I have deleted. I tried to delete my email address but as my lineone.net email address is already linked to another talktalk my account neither of them will accept instructions from me. I have inserted into my private notes all the relevant accounts/email address.

Pipex email server support
Is anyone able to confirm who is responsible for the old pipex email servers pop.dsl.pipex.com
I gather pipex were taken over by Tiscali who then had some parts taken over by TT.
A simple ping shows a healthy response from the Tiscali servers:

Pinging pop3.tiscali-business.co.uk [212.74.112.80] with 32 bytes of data:

BUT the email is again dead this morning.
I get the impression that the email servers are now running on a Raspberry Pi in the hope that all old Pipex customers will eventually transfer away to another domain. I've seen from numerous posts that everyone is having the same issues where sometimes the emails work fine and then a few mins later the email response goes dead. Our family has four old pipex emails that we want to keep but just to get back on topic who is responsible for this service and how do we log any support issues?

Malicious Emails being forwarded from my Lineone Account - Unable to access Lineone to switch off fo
Hi All
I have had a lineone email for ages, but since the service was taken over a few times, I became unable to change its password. I have had it set to forward to my main email account but have now started getting malicious emails demanding money, or they are going to make accusations to all my contacts - these emails actually quote my password (and others I have used) so Lineone has obviously been compromised.
Any ideas how to access Lineone again - password reset does not work and my lineone email is not recognised.
To be honest I would simply like to delete the account

Tiscali email account deletion or suspension
Hi,
I have tried to get this sorted by online help and phoning but so far no joy.
I have a very old Tiscali email address that I set to forward to a gmail account that I now use. The Tiscali account has been compromised and I have received a blackmail threat from it. I suspect this is due to one of the data breaches you have had.
I have logged onto the account but there is no function to change the password or disable the account. There is occasionally still emails running through the account. Is there any way you can help me please?

This morning I tried to frollow a link to an issue I am having periodically with Confirming Password in Settings being receiverd before messages are dowmnloaded to Outlook 365 Desktop on both my PC and laptop both running Win 10 latest version. When the link took me to a list of posts reagrding this issue when I clicked on one and it took me the Community my password was not accepted. This was the same password I use for My Account and My Mail and until today had been accepted with no problem. I was using Chrome but the same problem arose on Internet Explorer and Edge. I tried On line Chat and received the advice to change my password for Community only which I did and was able to log in. Now when I access the Community via most Google links to Community topics it takes me to the relevant topic but with others I receive the message "Access Denied You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this".
What is causing this please?
