Hi. I had successfully set up my f2s.com account on my iphone 7 and it was working for a few days, no problems. In the last couple of days it is not not sending emails, they are being sent to Outbox. I have checked all the settings, spoken to Apple support and have run out of ideas. Is there currently a problem with talktalk and iOS email client issues?
Can someone pleade help as i have been unable to access my account since last week. i am not, and have never been a talk talk customer so cannot do password reset. It simply states my username or password are invalid. i need to access my address book as this is my main email address. many thanks
I've complained many times with promises of it getting fixed but all of my old emails are getting deleted from the inbox. Once they get to about a month old they're gone. I'm fed up complaining so am now moving over to use a different email provider, but interested to know if this happens to anyone else?
I want to delete an old Tiscali e mail account too I am not a talk Talk account holder so would appreciate some help
If I am sent or have a message forwarded to me that contains a contact address obscured for customer security anywhere in the text, the message never arrives. It is not just me as I have checked with other talktalk users and the same problem occurs. There is never an error sent to me or the sender. Other email addresses such as outlook, hotmail and gmail receive the messages without problems. How can this happen without an error? It means I lose confidence in the talktalk system.
Hi there, have not been receiving e-mails on my tinyworld account now for at least 2 weeks on windows mail ( windows vista home premium ). It's continuously requesting verification of my username and password but when entered they don't work so I assume my password has been corrupted on the system in some way and needs to be reset, any help much appreciated, thanks, Brett
Unable to send email again for the past 2 days but as before I can receive email. The problem had resolved itself for the preceeding 2 months following several weeks of not being able to send emails.
I get various error messages displayed but the most recent is attached and of course I have not altered the mail settings:

Annoyingly I receive approximately 15 spam messages everyday. So each day I log into my webmail account in an attempt to block these emails using both 'subject' and 'from' filters however frustratingly they continue every day.
Having already received 3 this morning I was about to start the process but after clicking on settings and mail I have found that the filter section is missing. Only the following are showing:
Mail Display
Mail Account Setting
Signature
Can anyone please advise me both with regards to the missing filter section and if there is anything else I can do to stop the awful spam? Otherwise I'll be forced to transfer all my mail to an alternative Gmail account which clearly has better filters and I have never received any spam.

This is a cautionary tale. I realised my onetel email password, set up years ago, was a long way short of modern password complexity standards, and should probably be changed. There's a procedure outlined in several threads on this message board for changing your password involving putting some security information in your community board profile. The OCE staff, who manage this board, promptly follow this up and pass the message on to Talk Talk admin who carry out a password reset, and phone you to let you know the new one.
What happens next is best seen by looking at other threads on this topic. Each one of them contains a succession of messages from frustrated users who find they can't get their emails, and cover phone calls not made, made but mysteriously not received, inaccurate information etc.
This is because, incredibly, Talk Talk's system resets the email password BEFORE it has communicated the new password to the user, effectively locking you out of your emails. In my case there was a four day gap before I was able to get the new password, and, looking at other threads, I can see some people had a far longer wait.
And the upshot, after I had successfully received a password and was able to get emails once more, was that there's no way I can change the password to one of my own choice. This means Talk Talk now knows my onetel email password, and we all remember Talk Talk was the company that had a major theft of its customer data in 2016. I can only hope they haven't put the password on their system somewhere linked to my onetel email, but I wouldn't bank on it.
Hi. I have an old tiscali.co.uk email address which i have been unable to access now for 8 days. I am not, and have never been a talk talk customer so have no Talktalk "Myaccount" so cannot reset my password there.
Every time i try to logon it simply states that my username or password are invalid. I've tried using the "Forgotten Password" and it says my email address isn't recognised. Have had several discussions via live chat and phone call from talktalk but they dont seem to recognise the problem or be able to help but pass me from one person to another, so am now trying this community forum as there have been several posts on it with the same problem which have been fixed. This is my main email address and i rely on it for everything so dont want to lose it.
I have added the details you normally ask for in the Personal Notes section too.

I have a comtact also on TalkTalk and we both serve on a committee so need to send regular emails to each other. For the past two years he is unable to receive my emails from my main email account which is a .homecall.co.uk address. I created an alternative email account using the same name but a .talktalk.net address and he can receive from that. But as the world and his dog know me by my .homecall.co.uk address I stick with that and for him forwards it to my ipad and forward it via my .cloud.com account.
Now today someone who belongs to another organisation with me chased me about attending a meeting because he had not heard from me. So I resent my email that I sent last week from my .homercall.co.uk account but he receieved nothing until I resent via my ipad .icloud.com account. He uses gmail. Until this month I have been successfully sending him emails from my .homecall.co.uk account.
Any Ideas please?
Hi - I have the same problem - had email account @ Lineone.net for c 20 years and just stopped working a week ago - cant even log onto the webmail. Can anybody help get the password reset - concern is that somebody has hacked my email account and may be using it to reset other online facilities. Many thanks from a desperate user!

I have been using a lineone.net email address for many years. 2 days ago this stopped receiving new emails, asking for login details, but the password is not accepted. I have not set up password recovery (never heard of it before joining this forum). Can anyone please help?
Is there a way to delete all message in my inbox without deleting them 15 at a time in the webmail app?
I have 1000's that I no longer need and want to start with a 'clean slate'.

I used to have Tiscali broadband and an e mail address obscured for customer securitytiscali .co.uk. I have not used it for possilbly 10 years if not more, is it poosbile to gain access to that address.
