Title says it all really, an old problem has recurred, old emails being marked as unread. It started again on 19 Feb and is persisting. I read an email so its status changed to read, then a short time later the system spontaneously changes its status to unread.
And before anyone jumps in to help: My community profile is up to date with all my contact details, and I know that the forum is not real time 24/7 support and that messages get dealt with by the TalkTalk's OCEs in order.
