Sending group email and addresses with hyphens

I have been using the same talktalk.net email address for 8 years now and up to now everything has been fine.  However, the last couple of months, I cannot send emails to more than one person at a time.  I have a group I have to send emails to a few times a month as I am a Secretary to a local Association and at the moment, I am having to send individual emails to each recepient.  This is a nightmare and takes ages.

Also, all of a sudden, I cannot send an email to anyone with a hyphen (-) in their email address.  This is even more of a nightmare as these few people are not getting the info they need from me.

Getting fed up with the amount of spam I'm getting every day too.  I've spoken to Talk Talk and they just say "keep putting the emails in spam and it won't happen any more".  Well it does!!

Have not been able to access my tiscali emails since yesterday.  Keeps asking for a password .   Then states incorrect password

Hi came back yesterday from a week away tried to log on to my emails and got a enter password box,i have had this email address for many many years it is the only email we have and has got a lot of inportant information in the folders,i was meant to get some inportant emails sent last week but i can not rememder my password for love or money,can some body help please have read and tried a lot of things but nothing has worked so far.

Can't send emails from talktalk but now with BT

I am going mad just now as for a few weeks I have not been able to send emails from my talk talk address which is set up on windows live mail. This has been no problem for years and now wondering if its anything to do with we changed supplier to BT. BT say its nothing to do with them. Would it be the server settings that need changed ? Will Iever have access to send or do I have to give up using this email now :-(  Can't get to speak to anyone in Talktalk so can any one help me?

Can't send emails

I have my talktalk email set up on windows live mail and working for years. For the last couple of weeks I can't send anything. We trasnferred to BT and wonder if its to do with settings etc but bt say its nothing to do with them. Have looked on the web and tried various setting with the port figures but can't get anywhere. Can someone please help or do I have to give up using this email now ?

Problem logging into tiscali email

Hi - can anyone help me?

I returned from holiday to find that I couldn't log into my tiscali email address.  I have contacted talktalk by phone and by on-line chat and there is a job open but i really need to resolve the problem quickly.

 

I have tried to re-set my password but the only problem is that the link email address is no longer valid and I cannot see how to change it.

In the short term I have created a new talktalk.net account which is where I am currently logged into but I really want to get back to my old tiscali.co.uk email address.

 

Please can someone contact me and advise what can be done?

Calendar Store not found.

I keep getting message calendar store not found and have spent over 4 hours on the phone to TalkTalk techs who have also been unable to get this working, they have had their network guys looking at this also but without any joy. They are still trying to resolve this issue but I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and if so how did they resolve them?

Displaying Multiple Webmail Pages in Firefox

I'm a recent convert to Firefox after using Google Chrome for some time. However, I've noticed a problem - which may not be a problem but is different.Mouse

When I log into my @ talktalk.net webmail account through talktalk.co.uk on Google Chrome, then go to my inbox I get Page 1 of my emails displayed. Scroll down the page and bottom right are the other page numbers ie [2], [3] etc. Page number [1] is in blue, Page numbers [2] , [3] etc are in black. Like this.......

 If I do exactly the same as above, but this time using Firefox, Page number [1] is still in blue but Page numbers [2] , [3] etc have become "hidden". Like this.........

The pages appear when you hover over them with your mouse and they will load OK. But it does take a bit of getting used to, and I'm concerned other web pages may not be displayed properly if indeed this is a problem.

 

Could someone explain this discrepancy and is there a fix for it ???Pen

I have seen a number of posts on here about this subject but none have helped me.  On checking my mail today I find a lot but not all are going directly into the trash.  Can anyone help?  TIA

Unable to log in to my Tiiscali email account

I am unable to log in to my Tiscali email account. since 20.00 hrs on Monday 7 August. I am using the corect email address and password.

 

My partner also has an account which uses the same server password which is working OK.

 

I have posted my details on the Private Notes section of my profile, as recommended to other users with the same problem.

Invalid Password Trying to access Lineone Webmail account

I am trying to access my Lineone Webmail account but get a message that my account/password is incorrect.

I have tried to use the Fogotten password link to get my password reset, but the reset email is being sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to.

I have seen other posts regarding similar problems and I have added the requested information to the Private Note section of my profile.

Can someone help out with this please?

problems with my outgoing server - emails just going into out box

Help needed please.  My emails are just going to my outbox and wont send - in Preferences I see that :

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) is talktalk.net (offline)

Ideas as to how I get this sorted please.  Thanks

Unable to access Tiscali emails

Hi there. 

 

As with other users, I have been unable to access my old Tiscali.co.uk emails since Monday 7th August, although my username and password are correct. I do not have a TalkTalk account.

 

I have added the information required in the Private Notes section.

IP blacklisted by Tiscali

got a bounced email from a friends Tiscali account, it has happened before but this time I noticed the 'blacklist' reason.

'SMTP error from remote server for GREETING command, host: mx.tiscali.co.uk (62.24.139.42) reason: 554 cm8gb1 mx.talktalk.net g6T1deSxWA5Uy IP Blacklisted (TT102)'

 

Can someone rehabilitate this IP address please. I will turn my router off overnight to try to reset its IP address but that only means someone else will get it (or I might get it back).

Cannot SEND tiscali emails

Up to 2 days ago, all was well.

Now I can only receive them.  (I can still send gmails)

This  situation exists on both my Android Phone and my Windows 10 laptop.

I tried deleting the account from the laptop and then adding it.  No change.

I tried switching off wifi and trying to send a tiscali email using the cell phone system.  No change.

I do get (every few minutes) an alert message that my tiscali account needs fixing.  I try, but it says that I am using the wrong password or username.  It is not wrong, I have used that same combination for several years.

Tiscali Email Password

For 5 days I have not been able to access my tiscali email (which I have had since 2003) using a mobile device or laptop. 

The error message indicates that my password is not being recognised by the server. 

I have no problem accessing the internet. 

 

I have tried to ask for a reset password via TalkTalk Webmail but when entering my email address Im told that my email address cannot be found.

 

How can this be resolved?Any help would be greatfully received.

Problem accessing my tiscali account

I have an old tiscali account that I cannot access, I reset the password and also had raise a previous fault ticket which I was assured had fixed the issue but I still have issues with trying to get into the account.  Can someone help me to resolve this because I have key emails going to this address and need access to it.  I get the message:  Login is disabled because there is an issue with your account. Please contact support to resolve the issue. 

 

I have already reset my password.

More customer information stolen.

Could the amount of spam emails and calls customers are receiving have anything to do with the news today that the details of around 51,000 customers were compromised?

 

It seems once again that customer information is not secure! Although this breach was not as bad as the one in 2015 it has resulted in TT being fined again for not securing customers phone numbers, email addresses, account details and other information.

 

TT seem to have a real problem with security, it seems that this breach was as a result of operators in a call centre accessing and passing on account information to scammers!

 

I am beginning to wonder if renewing my contract was and is a good idea!

Tiscali email stopped getting new mail

Hi

i have a few emails for different reasons historically. One of my tiscali emails I have used mainly and daily has stopped showing any email since 24 June this year. I can log on on all means computer, phone etc but it is only up to 24 June. Why? I need urgent access to those emails please. My other tiscali emails work just one doesn't
