I've recently been trying to sign up for Simply Rewards with Nationwide/Visa and I am expecting to receive a confirmation email to complete the registration process. I've been in contact with their help centre and they say that the email has been sent however it has not appeared in my account although there are several emails from the help centre which I presume has the same root email address (i.e. xxxxxx@veportal.visa.com>. Is there any reason at the TalkTalk end as to why the confirmation email would not be received? I've checked my account and there are no blocked email addresses.
