Email and password

I have not been able to access my Tiscali emails since Wednesday. The reason given was due to not having a valid password. I know that the password is correct. When I entered my email address to reset my password it said that my email address was not recognised. I kept trying to access my emails with no success so I informed Talk Talk  on Wednesday via Chat and provided all my details. I was advised, via a text message that the problem was fixed but it was not. The next text message informed me that I had to ring 02034415550 as I had to speak to someone. It would take 15 minutes to fix things. After giving a lot of information and being passed to another department I was told that the problem would be escalated. I received a text today saying that the problem was fixed. I sent a text back saying that it was not fixed. As before, the next text message informed me that I had to ring 02034415550 as I had to speak to someone and it would take 15 minutes to fix things. I went through the whole process again only to be cut off when asked if I my email had been closed due to the ‘spam problem’.  I have used this email address for over 20 years so not being to access it is causing me major problems. Please advise me what to do regarding this situation. Will I be able to access my email address again? The email address has also disappeard from ' my account ' section so i cannot reset password that way ....
