Hi, I have been using a tiscali email account for a long time. When Talktalk took over tiscali, i created a new talktalk account and deleted the old one. I am now not with talktalk either. I use the tiscali email mainly via webmail and on outlook. Recently the account has been hacked and there are thousands of spam going out each day (i know this when I see the unable to deliver message), infact some of hte messages go out with my contacts name on them rather than my name (but next to my email address).
I am unable to change my password as i dont have a talktalk account, and I am unable to delete the account either!
Can someone please help. I am worried because of all this spam going out to all my contacts and more worried because it has someone elses name next to it, almost as though I am trying to impersonate someone else!! PLease help!!
