Trying to reset up lineone email. Outgoing OK. Incoming I get nothing. What do I do? Thanks.

Had to have help getting Windows 10 installed.  Tiscali email addresses now OK for sending and receiving from PC but not Lineone.  Have set up as per TalkTalk guidelines but 1) nothing is incoming and 2) being asked to key in password at every turn when once ought to be enough.
