Email issues (would be useful to know when a fix is anticipated)

I have two email accounts - one on LineOne and a second on TalkTalk domains.

The older LineOne account appears to be suffering significant inbound delays, yet the TalkTalk account has reasonable speed.

The status page: http://help2.talktalk.co.uk/servicestatus-email just says "we're having problems" - it would be useful to have a date and time when this was posted and also when a target date/time for it to be resolved. At the moment the expansion areas on the status page say the issue was between 11th and 12th Nov - yet we're well past these dates and the problems have got worse over the last 36hrs. In phoning TalkTalk helpline they say they've logged the issue and it will be resolved in 24hrs - nearly some 24hrs later and the problems remain - he're hoping for miracles in the next few minutes!

The Community Board on 'current service status' has email issued posted 16th Nov (http://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Current-Known-Service-Issues/bd-p/service) - so are these still on-going.

A bit more information would help manage customer expectations please.
