I had outlook (the online version) set up with onetel as a 'connected account' in order to receive my onetel emails through outlook. Onetel stopped syncing emails last Monday (26/10/16). I have tried resetting the connection with the same settings but it will not connect, citing problems with connecting to the smtp server.
I was using the settings
pop.onetel.net
Port-110
smtp.onetel.net
Port-25
Authentication - Basic
Encryption - None
I have tried changing the settings to pop.onetel.com/smtp.onetel.com but this has not worked. Please could you advise as to how I can re-establish this connection and email forwarding.
