Like many others on boards, my lineone email suddenly stopped working last week. It auto-forwards to gmail, deleting messages when forwarded. Now it does not forward and when I attempt to login on web it says it has been disabled and to contact support. I did this via online chat who kept asking for my talk talk phone number which I do not have, as I only have lineone account, no talk talk. She obviously tried to reset account but still no joy. She said she would escalate but only if I gave full details like home address, phone number, date of birth, none of which are registered with them. As I am not at home I am reluctant to pass on these details over unsecured internet access. Can anyone else help or do I just cancel my lineone account? Thanks Karen
