I have been using a tiscali email address for many years before talktalk take over.
This particular email address is registered as my primary contact from my bank, paypal, utilities etc.
The email address has NEVER showed(appeared) on my Talk Talk account for the past 10 years.
I have tried numerous times to resolve this with Talk Talk but to no avail.
I have continued using this email since far too many of my important contacts have this email addressto communicate with me and continue to do so
Problem

Unfortunately due to browser restore issues, the password for this email disappeared from my system and
I am unable to login into this email as I don't remember the password and no way of restting it.
I need to access this email for important (historical) information.
Talk Talk insist that it doesn't exist(presumably since its not showing on their system) but thats not true.
I have sent emails to verify its existence and they haven't bounced.
What do I do to resolve this.
