For two days I have been unable to acsess my emails I keep getting the stupid incorrect username or password, I reported the fault by phone and also by chat and was told that indeed there was a fault and it was being worked on.
I explained very carefully that I was In France on holiday and I needed my emails urgently for all my hotel and ferry bookings etc. No offer of a workaround or anything since I also left my mobile number and they said they would contact me ASAP NOT a word I am getting very angry with the lack of help not a lot to ask for a simple email problem
