TalkTalk Webmail Accessing Issue

NOTE: As of 12:12 pm 18/2/2016 the IMAP email address's emails are now beginning to download.

BEFORE committing to use an IMAP email address with TalkTalk instead of the POP email address, given the issues involved in doing that, and seemingly using IMAP email adresses, I set up a system whereby the POP email address emails are forwarded, after saving, to the IMAP email address. That way, as well as being able to show that on some days an email I receive daily does not always arrve at my POP email address, I have now been able to show that emails DO go missing during the forwarding process, for which the issues have beem put fair and aquely at the door of the TalkTalk CEO, as highly probably processing issues when emails are spooled for later procesing when excessive number of emails being received OR the server to which they need to be written is offline for whatever reason.

Just for the record, the issues of 2 emails in the TalkTalk Webmail and multiple copies of the SAME emails being downloaded, nether of which took place with the AOL Webmail, and highly likely to incorrect processing when timeouts affect an email, have also been made aware to the TalkTalk CEO.

My stand is, as it is NOW over 1 year since the TalkTalk Webmail was first introduced with those issues raised at that time, is that the TalkTalk Webmail was not, has not been, and is still NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, and we know what the Sale of Goods Act says about that type of situation!!

NOTE: As of 11:50 am 18/2/2016 the 2 email addresses are now accessible online in the TalkTalk Webmail facility. However, on my laptop the IMAP email address has not had any download since 0:23 on 18/2/2016, whereas my POP email address was continuing okay and BOTH are on the SAME server.

Has it been 2 issues, IMAP email addresses and access via online, with the POP PC to Webmail functions working okay for POP email addreses?
