If we suspect that Talktalk may be incorrectly blocking a particular sender or domain, is there someone we can contact to do that for us bearing in mind that the telephone support apparently don't have access to that sort of information?
Assuming that there is somone who can be asked to look into this what information will they need, the most we will probably have is the sender's address or domain and possibly a rough idea of time? In the past I've been asked for the email headers from an email that has never arrived which is clearly impossible after all if I could read the headers I would have the email wouldn't I?
In addition is there some way that we can ensure that mail from a particular sender is always allowed through, many places advise including the sender in your contacts list but will this work with Talktalk?
