OK TalkTalk have had just about enough of this Web Mail.
Talk Talk have always been a progressive company ahead of the pack so what has happened ?
This new Web Mail is slow, inconsistent in how it does or does not work and so full of Spam its ridicules,
I spend at least an hour every day just getting rid of this Spam. Spam filter does not work at all as the Spam just keeps coming back and back.
This type of Web Mail has been out before around 2000 with another company. It was rubbish then and now its even worse.
If you only get about 20 e-mails a day it might be OK but I personally get at least 100+, most of which when opened don't even display the message (all are in my contacts list).
When will we get a decent Web Mail back cant go on with this one for much longer as its so bad. I still have e-mails going back to the 1-02-2016 that as yet I have been unable to even look at.
The Old Web Mail was brilliant fast, easy to see what each message contained and not full of Spam, The only thing it did need was a Spam filter as although it had a Spam folder the Spam filter never worked.
This afternoon I have had to completely restart the Web Mail page 5 times,after each of the 5 e-mails I managed to read.
This in all just takes to long and is NOT ACCEPTABLE. 5 e-mails in 30 minutes is ridicules.
Please TalkTalk give us back our old Web Mail that WORKED and bin this New Web mail to the archives never to rear its head again.
