After a particularly bad couple of days using the 'new' (certainly far from improved) Talktalk service this is my current experience when I try to open any emails. First I have to hope my account page will open (often a page my system fails to recognise) next I login and hope those details will go through smoothly and not get stuck on our friend the daisy wheel. With luck (or the right prevailing wind or whatever Talktalk is using to power email up) these actually work in conjunction I then wait patiently at loading stage to see if messages appear or whether the loading message is a red herring (presumably for further amusement.) Finally if past these 3 battles I may see list of messages but then final hurdle click on message and it sits there in bold form mocking me saying, 'you wanna see what I contain - then try again in about 45 minutes, but don't wait until 48 minutes or you'll find I fail to load at all!'
It's not good enough, there has to be a simpler way?!
