How do I put Contact Groups into the Bcc address bar when forwarding a message?

Since the 9 Feb 2016 when forwarding an email to a Contact Group using the Bcc address bar, I can no longer load the email addresses into the address bar. Neither can I load the normal address bar with the Contact Group email addresses. Prior to the 9 Feb I only had to type the initial letter of the name of the Contact Group into the address bar and all the email addresses were loaded onto it. Am I not doing it correctly?  This has occurred on the introduction of the new TalkTalk webmail platform.
