ongoing fault

Why can't I access my webmail despite changing my password successfully followed by an confirmation email from TalkTalk. Neither can I access My Account for the same reason and  again having an email from TT that it was also successfully changed..

 

It initially worked in webmail but when I then logged out and logged in again to do a further check on my emails I was unable to log in because a message pane came up saying I was using either an invalid address or password!!  I tried the previous password just in case but that was not successful either.

 

 It just seems to be hit and miss every time I try to log in to webmail.  This has been the case since January 10th when all the emails disappeared out of my inbox ( which I noticed from my mobile late on Sunday)

What do I do other than wait for Dido Harding to answer my letter.  I followed this with an email  (thanks to Clint giving me her email address)   However, how am I going to reply if she replies by email now ? Hopefully she will reply by letter or telephone call but I won't hold my breath!!

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  Help!!  Please !!
