I have NO talktalk account but wish to change my tiscali email accounts passwords and delete a tiscali email account.
I phoned customer services who said they'd get back to me the following day but three weeks on they have failed.
Why does talktalk not give email users total control over changing their passwords at anytime they wish to do so without having to go through customer services????
Other email providers allow users to change their passwords within the account.
