My Tiscali account was working fine on the 12th but sometime on the 13th I got an error on my tablet email client to say that my username or password was invalid. I attempted to login through webmail but recieved a similar eror message. I have searched the Community and several other customers are having the same problems but there has been no response from Talktalk.
I cannot reset my password because my My Account does not work for some reason. Maybe it could be reset by tech support?
We would like to know what is going on and if this is going to be resolved soon. I am probably missing important emails because of this and need it resolved ASAP. All my details have been put in the "notes" area of my profile as per instructions to a another customer.
