Problem with Tiscali emails

Like many others, since Friday lunchtime I have been unable to send/receive emails on my Tiscali account on iphone/ipad or PC (via Outlook).  I'm unable to log into my webmail account on Talk Talk as my password is no longer recognised.

 

I've tried to get through on the phone to Customer Support - but as I don't have an account for phone/broadband - the automated system will not recognise my phone number and so can't speak to anyone.

 

I eventually got through to someone via the live chat - explained the issue and was given an INC000012970485 reference number.  I've received a couple of texts back over the weekend, to advise that they think everything is working and that they have completed investigations on my line...!!  Here's the thing - it's not my flipping LINE that has a problem - it's my email!!

 

IMO this is totally unacceptable;  if Talk Talk were going to close down/delete the old Tiscali emails, then why didn't they give us plenty of advance warning an offer an alternative, rather than just all of a sudden put a stop on them??   I have holiday bookings I need to retrieve, and am currently in the process of relocating house from the south of England to Yorkshire, and am awaiting correspondence from different places.

 

Does anyone know how or who can I get through to or speak to regarding resetting my legacy Tiscali email password??
