Since Dec 5th I have not been able to receive email on my outlook 2007 account. I can send okay. I have been using this account since 2002 with no problems. I have spent 25 hours on the phone to tech help but to no avail. The techies can see my account name in the servers but whenI try in "my account" it is not recognised. They have tried resetting my password to no avail. I am tired of telling them what the problem is but seem obsessed with resetting the password when that is not the problem. Has anyone any idea. Tech help is useless.
