I am a long term TT customer that has put up with its intermittent glitches over the years as what you expect for a budget service but patience is really beginning to wear thin now.
My email has not been working correctly since November and TT has been unable to resolve it despite numerous contacts. Now TT's entire email system is not working yet again. Totally poor operation.
TT offers no decent customer support and if your problem does get elevated to "Network Level" you get an SMS message and a fault code sent but nothing else. Certainly not a fix. And definitely not a telephone call.
Even on the forum page here, when you try to access the "Problems with your TalkTalk & Tiscali Emails" link all you get is a message that says: You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue.
It seems hard to believe that any ISP can be quite so incompetent as TT. Why can't you guys just fix the problems?
And just to rub salt into the wound, you keep putting your prices up!!!!!!!
