Hi, Have been having this intermittently over the last year. All day emails in Outlook working fine. About 11pm Outlook kept asking for passwords! Signed into webmail. All I saw was the word "NULL" beside my email address and in the inbox: "Could not connect to the specified mail server. Please check your account settings". Called Tech Help who could not help but then, she asked me for my email password!!! WHAT is that correct???? I refused and she said she could not help any more and will pass the problem on. Since when do they ask for these passwords? OK the security question fair enough. Have they been hacked again? And cant see how, but have they now hacked into their phone service?? I kept asking if there were any service issues but she kept ignoring the question! Steve
