Hi. Due to the recent TalkTalk hack I reset my password, but like an idiot I forgot to write it down. Now when I need to log in it won't let me as I can't remember the password. The only information I can find says go to the My Account section but that requires me to log in as well which leaves me in the same situation as I can't remember the password. It's such a new one and I thought it would be easy to remember, but every time I try it TalkTalk says it's wrong. I'd really appreciate any help people can give on how I can reset it as I've called the helpline and it's always busy. I don't want to be locked out of my emails and it's really driving me up the wall always coming back to the same problem every time I want to try to reset it.
