About two weeks after the "breach"my inbox started filling up with already deleted/trashed emails and from having just a handful in there the figure rose to almost 40000!!!! I use "Windows Live Mail" and had to delete/trash them all myself after deleting them in the Webmail site! Still,however, non-deleted in Webmail emails are still "returning" to the inbox in multiple numbers but much reduced,of course,since my Webmail deletions.Phone calls and web chats with TalkTalk have proved about as useful as a chocolate teapot -- the best information from them has been something about T/T not supporting Windows Live Mail anymore!!! This has never happened before in almost ten years of having this same email account through T/T.One T/T customer sevices (?) officer also claimed this has occured as their engineers (?) come and go in attempting to resolve the email issues -- who knows? It seems that I am just another T/T customer who is at the mercy of pathetic customer service,whereby each of them gives a different version of events and I am left feeling that none of them have a clue to the real identity of the problem(s).It always seems to be -- "everything should be OK in 48 hours!"
Do any of you guys identify with this issue and can maybe shed further light on it?
