I send out an email newsletter via MailChimp (a bulk email provider) on a regular basis but over the last few weeks I have not been receiving them on my talktalk email account. The last email newsletter I received was on 16 Nov but several more have been sent out since then. I have not changed any settings on my email account and I have checked the spam and trash folders as well as all the other folders. I use the Thunderbird email client but I have also checked my folders directly using webmail. I have checked the MailChimp email list and my talktalk email address is still on it and is correct and I am not getting a bounce back report for my talktalk email.
I have tried contacting TalkTalk support but did not get very far - they said that it was beacuse TalkTalk have been having some outages in my area. However, I cannot believe that this would go on for this long and only affect one email sender.
Any ideas what the is causing this and how I can get TalkTalk to look into it?
