Talktalk seem to think that changing my password will solve my problem of receiving mail but cannot send via my Windows Live Client. It stopped working just before 2:00pm on 2nd Novenber 2015. I sent an e-mail at 14:51 with no problem, by the time I had writen the next, short, e-mail the system was refusing to log in my "sender"!! I have 2 other email addresses on different domains, no problem so I know it's talktalk failing yet again. I changed the password but that failed to solve the problem.
If I opt for an engineer visit as my "free upgrade" will they be able to solve my problem or do I just have to "bite the bullet" and move elsewhere?
