Have been without email for a whole week! Nobody at TT can fix the problem!
It's not any of my devices, Desktop, iPad & Webmail don't find server. I found that I had a spare router, so swapped it, but no joy!
When I call and they test the line they say it's OK. Internet is fine, so something is blocking access to email server. Even tried pinging email server by name and IP address 100% loss.
I have told them if not fixed by Monday 19th will leave TT and go to BT!
