I have been unable to send emails from 2 iphones and a macbook for the last 3 days (receipt is fine), however if I login to my tiscali webmail account from the TalkTalk webpage I can send mail. Error message is that username or password for the SMTP server is incorrect, which it is not.
I have had a long conversation this evening with a TalkTalk customer service but they have been unable to help saying they want me to raise it with Apple. I then tried on my Blackberry (OS10) and had the same problem. So it is at Tiscali's end.
Can anyone help?
