Not recognising email account!

I have 2 tiscali email addresses, my original one and one I had to set up when I changed to Broadband.

My account and webmail can be accessed by my second email account, but when I try to log in to my web mail via my original account,  I get the message that the email account is not recognised! So I cannot even access to change password etc.

 

This original email address is where 99% of my emails get sent to and from, so not being able to access them is causing many problems!

 

Please try to sort this out as soon as possible.
