Hello, TT community. Ive just treated myself to a new handset, which is set up and authenticated, but it will not make the final connection with my TT email accounts. I'm convinced it can see them because it takes me to the very final step after the password interface. Also, I've just got it to connect with an unused account i have with another provider no problem at all in seconds. My old handset continues to enjoy full access to my TT email accounts. I can understand if this is some fail-safe that TT has had to introduce to protect customers. I've tried 6-7 times a day for 6 days and am flummoxed. Thanks in anticipation.
