Phoned to find out why my Father's email has not been working for over a week only to be told lots are suffering the same issue and it will be another week until it's resolved!
when I asked why I had the most condescending response of "it's too technical and you wouldn't understand". When I highlighted that with all due respect he had no knowledge of my education or my technical expertise he floundered to try to explain the issue and only manage to convey that there was an issue with the server!
when I enquirer about refunding due to lack of providing the contracted service, I was told this wasn't possible as it wan't just one person affected ...
i've never known such abysmal service, lack of communication and above all ineffective customer service.
