Email account password reset. Verification email goes to email you've forgotten password for?!?

Hi,

My wife has forgotten her .net email password.  When we try to reset it, we are sent a reset email to the email address that she has forgotten the password for, therefore can't reset the email account password.

Can anyone help with another method to allow her reset the password please?
