Yesterday we had server timeouts or temporary authentication errors for a large part of the day, causing huge inconvenience. I could send but not receive emails using my pipex account. This morning everything seemed fine but now I've just had another server timeout and I'm afraid this is going to end up being a repeat of yesterday. What is causing all these problems and why oh why can't they be fixed once and for all? It's completely unacceptable. Email should be something that you can just take for granted instead of being a source of constant anxiety.
