I have a gotadsl.co.uk e-mail address, which, for those who don't know is an inherited TalkTalk e-mail address. I have not been able to send or receive e-mails since last Saturday and despite numerous phone calls & e-mails the problem has still not been resolved. Originally I was told there was a fault and it was being worked on by the engineers. I have since been told the fault was corrected on Monday, but, despite telling them I still had no e-mail, I have been ignored. I got the usual promise to respond in 48 hours, but that has now expired - and nothing. I think it is unbelievable and the level of customer service from TalkTalk is zero
