duplicate emails up to 14 when deleted all/some return (outlook my email provider

LOADS OF DUPLICATE EMAILS up to 14 of the same mial, in my inbox & junk box after deleting,  all/some email return,  my web mail not affected only OUTLOOK , 

(Been away for over week and recived OVER 40,000 emails this is no Joke) please HELP Pete
